- MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- The number of words in the paper may vary from 3000 to 6000.
- Tables, schemes, figures, and photographs of other authors should not be used in the text of the paper without their written permission.
- Authors should indicate the type of their manuscripts (research paper/theoretical paper/ review paper).
- Please use the font Times New Roman, 12-point size for the main body of the manuscript, and 1-inch/2.5-centimeter margins on all sides, and set the paper size to 8.5×11.
Title
The title of the manuscript should fully reflect the topic of the research and its content. It must be short and concrete (not more than 15 words). Besides it should catch the reader’s interest and it should be written using the scientific style. It is appropriate to point the object of research or concretize it using the colon or the brackets. It is not recommended to use contractions, but if used, then only for the commonly known ones.
Author (authors)
The title page should include the authors’ full names and affiliations, the name of the corresponding author along with phone, fax, and E-mail information. Present addresses of authors should appear as a footnote. The list of authors includes only those persons who have really taken part in the research and agreed to bear full responsibility for its content.
Abstract
The abstract should be informative and completely self-explanatory. It could follow the following structure: briefly present the relevance of the topic, state the scope and aim of the work, describe the methodology of the study, point out the major findings, and indicate the practical value (if any). The main body of the abstract should demonstrate the result. In the abstract for a research paper, it is recommended to use the numerical results. The Abstract should be 100 to 250 words in length. Complete sentences, active verbs, and the third person should be used, and the abstract should be written in the past tense. Standard nomenclature should be used and abbreviations should be avoided. No literature should be cited.
Keywords
The purpose of keywords is to provide insight to the reader into the contents of the paper. They should reflect the area of the research. The number of keywords should be 3-7 on average. There should not be sentences, but words or word groups.
JEL Classification
The codes, indicated by the author should clearly reflect the research area. The author is welcome to use the codes from two or three areas, if they are covered in the research.
Abbreviations
A list of non-standard abbreviations should be added. In general, non-standard abbreviations should be used only when the full term is very long and used often. Each abbreviation should be spelled out and introduced in parentheses the first time it is used in the text.
Introduction
The Introduction should provide a clear statement of the problem, the relevant literature on the subject, and the proposed approach or solution. It should be understandable to colleagues from a broad range of disciplines.
Literature Review
The Literature Review should comply with the aim of the research (“fitness for purpose”) and represent the results of critical analysis of the analytical base for testing the research hypothesis. Only those sources are given and analyzed in the paper, which really is valuable for the author’s research. While making literature review, the author can use own publications and refer to them, but only in order to describe the problem, but not to increase the citation level. It is recommended to finish the literature review with the presentation of unsolved issues, identification of contradictions in the results and findings of the previous research, justification of the need to continue the studies in this area, and choice of the specific topic (direction) of this study.
Methodology
Materials and methods (methodology) should be complete enough to allow possible replication of the research. However, only truly new research methods should be described in detail; previously published methods should be cited, and important modifications of published methods should be mentioned briefly. Capitalize trade names and include the manufacturer’s name and address. Subheadings should be used. Methods in general use need not be described in detail.
Results
Results should be presented with clarity and precision. The results should be written in the past tense when describing the author’s findings. Previously published findings should be written in the present tense. Results should be explained, but largely without ref UJMBR Sing to the literature. Discussion, speculation, and detailed interpretation of data should not be included in the Results but should be put into the Discussion section.
Discussion
Here the detailed interpretation of the results obtained during the research is made. A comparison is made with the results obtained by other researchers.
Conclusion
In this section the main ideas of the manuscript are presented, the obtained results and their novelty are demonstrated. The possibility of practical use of the obtained results should be outlined and the directions for further scientific research should be offered.
Author Contributions
When submitting an article, the corresponding author should define the role of each author. Author individual contributions will be indicated in the article in the Author Contributions section.Example:

Acknowledgement(s)
The Acknowledgement section should specify the individuals or institutions, who have also contributed to the article but are not its authors (the relevant scientific programs, grants, scholarships, and contracts are indicated, and the persons or organizations, that helped an author in conducting the research, namely, access to information, organization of the survey, interview, etc.). All acknowledged individuals should agree to be acknowledged.
Table(s)
Tables should be kept to a minimum and be designed to be as simple as possible. Tables are to be typed double-spaced throughout, including headings and footnotes. Each table should be on a separate page, numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals, and supplied with a heading and a legend. Tables should be self-explanatory without reference to the text. The details of the research methods should preferably be described in the legend instead of in the text. The same data should not be presented in both table and graph form or repeated in the text.
Figure(s)
Figure legends should be typed in numerical order on a separate sheet. Graphics should be prepared using applications capable of generating high-resolution GIF, TIFF, JPEG or PowerPoint before pasting in the Microsoft Word manuscript file. Tables should be prepared in Microsoft Word. Use Arabic numerals to designate figures and upper-case letters for their parts (Figure 1).
